YG Entertainment akan segera mencari penyanyi2 bertalenta di seluruh Asia.
Pada 4 Desember, YG Entertainment menyatakan, “Tahun depan 28 Januari, kami akan mengungkapkan sebuah audisi online (www.yg-audition.com). Kami akan mencari untuk melihat talenta2 yang akan menjadi masa depan YG Entertainment, yang akan sukses seperti penyanyi2 terbaik nasional: Big Bang, 2NE1, Se7en, dan Gummy.”
YG Entertainment telah memulai audisi ke luar negeri pada Juni lalu untuk pertama kalinya sejak 6 tahun dan akan melakukan perjalanan ke Amerika dan negara2 lainnya untuk mencari penyanyi2 yang bertalenta. Mereka telah menerima respon yang hangat bahkan website resmi mereka crashed karena padat dikunjungi.
Untuk audisi ini, finalis2 dari audisi online akan melakukan audisi yang sebenarnya di Korea dan akan di nilai langsung (menjadi jurinya) pemimpin YG yaitu Yang Hyun Suk.
YG dikenal tidak membuka audisi sebelumnya, namun perusahaan akhirnya memutuskan untuk memperluas pembukaan audisi mulai dari Juni lalu.
Perwakilan audisi YG mengatakan, “Kami suka bagaimana orang dapat menunjukkan talenta2 kuat mereka dalam jumlah waktu yang singkay. Jika mereka tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri dan hanya memiliki satu talenta, bekerjalah lebih keras untuk menunjukkan berbagai talenta yang akan memberikan hasil yang baik ”.
YG ASIA Auditions akan dimulai awal tahun 2011, dimulai dari Korea,lalu Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, dan Hong Kong.
Sementara itu, YG Family Concert akan diadakan weekend ini dari 4 – 5December.

Smoked Beef Fettucini
untuk: 6 porsi
Bahan:
250 gr fettucini, rebus dengan 1-2 sdm minyak dalam air mendidih (2,5 liter) selama 15 menit, tiriskan. Masukkan 1-2 sdm minyak ke dalam fettucini yang sudah ditiriskan, aduk rata agar tidak lengket.
2 sdm margarine
2 sdm tepung terigu
500 ml susu cair
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis memanjang (seperti korek api)
6 lembar daging sapi asap, potong 1cm memanjang
Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan margarine dalam wajan besar. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata. Sambil terus diaduk, masukkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk terus hingga mengental. Masukkan garam dan merica, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan fettucini, bawang bombay dan daging asap, aduk hingga semua tercampur rata.
3. Siap disajikan hangat.

Siaran langsung dari Ilsan KINTEX pada tanggal 29 Desember,‘maknae show performance’ di SBS 2010 Gayo Daejun akan terdiri dari SNSD Seohyun, Kara Jiyoung, SHINee Taemin, 2PM Chansung, MBLAQ Mir, f (x) Sulli, dan After School Lizzy .
Ketujuh maknae akan dibagi ke dalam beberapa peran sirkus yang unik untuk melakukan Britney Spears “Circus.” Taemin bermain sebagai pemimpin sementara Sulli dan Chansung akan menjadi pasangan akrobatik. Sementara itu, Jiyoung akan menjadi atlet senam irama.
